How It Works

No money changes hands, ever. Schwag Exchange is purely a trade platform.

The Basics

  1. Post a listing for schwag your company has (socks, mugs, stickers, whatever).
  2. Browse other companies' schwag and propose a trade.
  3. Once accepted, both sides ship to each other.
  4. Upload a photo with your new schwag to complete the trade.

What if the quantities aren't equal?

That's fine. You can request, say, 1 coffee mug for 10 pens. The other side can accept, decline, or counter with different quantities and a new message.

What if nobody responds?

We send a few reminders. If there's no response after 7 days, the request is automatically cancelled and you're free to start a new one.

Do I have to upload a photo?

Yes - once you've received your schwag, upload at least one photo. This completes the trade and keeps the exchange fun and verifiable.

Who sees my shipping address?

Only the other party in an accepted trade sees your shipping address - never your email.
